Day VII: Your Favorite Movie
Yes, my favorite movie is Disney’s Sleeping Beauty. I love the animation style and the elegant rotoscoping, I love the use of color (except for those times when Fauna didn’t said “make it green”), I especially adore the score. The musical score of Sleeping Beauty is quite possibly my favorite. George Bruns, whom I deeply admire as a movie score composer, does wonders with Tchaikovsky’s melodies.
And no matter how I try to deny it, “Once Upon A Dream” is a fact of life.
