Before you ask, this is not some sort of magical theme option. The background is an animated gif that just changes colors. I'm more than happy to hear compliments about it, but I get a lot of asks asking about my theme as though it's some sort of setting. I made the gif myself, set it as the background, and that's all there is to it :D
